    Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every piece is handmade with care, and I strive to provide the best service possible. Please review the policies below before placing your order:

    🚚 Shipping Policy
    Processing Time:
    All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your jewelry to be created before shipping. During busy seasons or custom orders, this timeframe may extend slightly.

    Tracking:
    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. I am not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package is in transit.
    Local Pickup:
    Local pickup is available in [Broussard, LA]. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and I’ll message you to coordinate pick-up time and location.

    💔 Return & Exchange Policy
    Because each piece is handmade and many are personalized, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.
    However, if your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to me within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description, and I’ll be happy to make it right.
    ⚠️ Please Note:
        •    Normal wear and tear, tarnishing, or damage caused by misuse is not considered a defect.
        •    Return shipping (for repairs or replacements) is the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue was due to my error.

    Whether you’ve purchased gold filled or gold plated jewelry from me, caring for your pieces properly will help keep them looking beautiful for years to come! Here’s everything you need to know:

    ✨ Gold Filled Jewelry Care
    What is it?
    Gold filled jewelry has a thick layer of real gold pressure-bonded to a base metal (usually brass). It’s much more durable than gold plated, and with proper care, can last many years.
    Care Tips:
        •    Avoid chemicals – Keep away from perfumes, lotions, hairspray, sunscreen, and cleaning products.
        •    Shower-safe, but it’s best to avoid hot tubs, pools, and salt water which can shorten the life of your piece.
        •    Clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth or mild soap and warm water. Dry completely with a soft towel.
        •    Store carefully – Use a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratching and reduce exposure to moisture.
        •    Wear it often – Natural skin oils can help keep your gold filled jewelry shiny and beautiful!

    🌟 Gold Plated Jewelry Care
    What is it?
    Gold plated jewelry has a thin layer of gold electroplated over a base metal. It’s beautiful and more affordable, but needs a little extra love to keep it looking fresh.
    Care Tips:
        •    Remove before showering or swimming – Water can cause fading or tarnishing over time.
        •    Avoid sweat and lotions – Take off your jewelry when working out or applying products.
        •    Gently clean with a soft cloth. Avoid rubbing hard or using jewelry cleaners with harsh chemicals.
        •    Don’t sleep in it – Prevent friction, tangling, and unnecessary wear by removing before bed.
        •    Store separately – Prevent tarnish and scratches by storing in a dry, soft-lined box or pouch.

    💡 Quick Tip:
    For both types of jewelry, the rule of thumb is:
    Last on, first off.
    Put your jewelry on after applying makeup, perfume, and lotions—and take it off before undressing or washing.

    A: I offer 18k gold filled and 18k gold plated jewelry. Gold filled has a thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal, making it long-lasting, water-resistant, and great for daily wear. Gold plated is more affordable and still beautiful, but requires a bit more gentle care.
